UMH hosts the final official training session for the Elche Night Race 2026

The countdown to the Elche Night Race 2026 is already underway. Next Thursday, April 23, the campus of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) in Elche will host the third and final official training session ahead of the much-anticipated night race.
Starting at 8:00 PM, the UMH Sports Palace will serve as the meeting point for participants in this preparatory event. Runners will complete a 5-kilometer run along the V-Running Circuit, a technical route designed to fine-tune physical preparation in the final stretch before the race.
A training session open to all levels
Organized by the Elche Night Race in collaboration with UMH Sports, the event is expected to bring together around 300 participants. It is an open session suitable for all types of runners, from those aiming to maintain a demanding pace to those who prefer to enjoy the atmosphere and complete the route at a more relaxed speed.
The goal is to provide a collective training space that combines sport, motivation, and social interaction within a university setting.
