The University Miguel Hernández de Elche (Alicante) opened the first university BMX circuit in Europe.
The circuit is part of a new university campus sports area has been built to the highest level with double lines, special surface course, asphalt curves, lighting, bleachers and a fence of approved international departure.

-The practice of BMX and competition:

Participants are grouped into categories depending on their age, sex and type of bike, reaching 20 distinct categories between riders from 5 years to veterans 45-50.
