Improvement Course Fitness Directed Activities

Next Friday, March 3 begins the course of Improvement Activities Directed Fitness, which has a duration of 50 hours divided into two weekends and practices during the week according to the schedule to be agreed with a maximum term of 3 months.
During this training the students will be instructed in activities directed like Functional Circuit, TRX, TBC, GAP and Total Training, in order to train qualified and multipurpose instructors in the area of fitness.
