On Saturday June 8 Sports Complex opened El Clot.

It has 4 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts, one football field, one module athletics and management building and locker rooms.
The building, spread over 2 floors and comprises six changing rooms, physiotherapy room, medical room, concierge, one technical clothing, multipurpose room, terrace, 3 classroom training and sports management unit. It has been built thinking of the use of space, with wide aisles for the location of lockers and light in every room.

The sports facilities are designed also for strategic placement planned initial field, achieving a harmonious space with easy access and wide, taking into account the physical disabled community.

The tennis courts are synthetic, built with the latest materials, like the paddle, that are of green artificial grass, and are ready for use in competitions of any kind.

The football field is made with one of the best kinds of artificial turf, hosting two football fields 7 suitable for use both competitive athletes as sports training schools.

The module will allow athletic practice and training in the different modalities athletic. It consists, in a space of 100x40m, by a straight line for speed and fences, and areas of shot put, long jump, high jump and pole vault.

This new facility is another UMH action towards innovation and development of the sport, no doubt driven by the consolidation of Science degree in Physical Activity and Sport, as well as its good results in the university competitions. All without losing sight of the public service that is dedicated this University.
