Healthy Breaking Anniversary

This week marks the beginning of a Healthy Pause, a program that consists of 10 minutes of active breaks within the working day two days a week, which aims to provide workers with practical elements to break the Cycles of repetitive movements, prolonged static postures, work fatigue and stress, thus contributing to the improvement of the physical level, in addition to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.

So much has been the impact on university workers during this period that the program is expected to be rolled out to other buildings and even to other campuses within the next few months.

We thank all the participants, with your assistance and participation we have succeeded in creating a pioneering University in the development of the integral health of the workers in Spain.
