New this year in targeted activities have incorporated the class TOTAL TRAINING JUMP
It is an activity easy to perform and very funny, that your training program is characterized by the use of a mini trampoline as basic equipment for aerobic work.
During the session several simple movements above this small trampoline, which are indicated by a professor who directs the exercises to the beat of music performed.
The classes are group, and do not require previous experience.
Exercise your whole body in a fun and safe way
The trampoline not only offers the possibility of working with legs but is exercising the whole body, and even the upper body.
