OPEN DAYS AT THE PALAU DELS ESPORTS UMH. FREE CLASSES

Would you like to play sports? Want to try a new activity? Do not know what that is more suited to you?This is your opportunity!

On Saturday March 3 will be an “open house” where free classes will be taught many of the activities taking place in the Palau of the UMH’s Esports. There will be displays of other activities and many surprises. You will meet our instructors, among them are very good professionals and we are privileged to have with them.

The activities that will be held are Aerobics classes, Salsa, Bachata, Dance Sport (cha-cha-cha), Cardio-box, Tango,Rueda Cubana and there will be two Master-class Indoor Cycle.

There will be many activities such as exhibitions of boxing, ninjutsu, aikido and more.

We will have a DJ who put music in indoor cycling classes and more.

Cheer up, you can access all the classes that interest you, you can bring who you want, whether or not college. Register  From this link
