We start new quarter in the Directed Activities of the UMH and for that reason we remind you that from April 1 to 5 you can try for free all the classes that are taught in the Sports Palace of Elche, as well as in the Sant Joan Sports Center d’Alacant.<\/span><\/p>\n

We add new classes to the schedule, on the one hand Stretching to gain flexibility and relax. On the other hand, a Running class in which you will work career technique, specific strengthening, series and also some test to evaluate your progress. <\/span><\/p>\n
