XII<\/span> edition of the<\/span> Triathlon<\/span> Arenales<\/span> 113 –<\/span> Media<\/span> Cup<\/span> Spain<\/span> Distance-<\/span> April 17, 2016<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Participate<\/span> as a volunteer<\/span> in Triathlon<\/span> Arenales113<\/span>! By<\/span> volunteering<\/span> gets<\/span> 0.5<\/span> credits<\/span> transferable skills<\/span> if<\/span> you collaborate<\/span> throughout the<\/span> weekend.<\/span> Contact<\/span> Juanma<\/span> Morante<\/span> if you<\/span> are interested in participating<\/span> via e<\/span> juanma@a300w.com<\/a>. You will be informed<\/span> of all the details<\/span>, timetables and specific tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dates and<\/span> tasks are as follows<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saturday, April 16th<\/span>.
\n\u2022<\/span> Ridges<\/span> 15:00 to 20:00<\/span>. We include<\/span> t<\/span> test<\/span> and snack.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sunday<\/span> 17 April<\/span>.
\n\u2022<\/span> 7:00 to<\/span> 9:30<\/span> experienced<\/span> canoeists<\/span> (with or without<\/span> dugout<\/span>) and volunteers to<\/span> beach.<\/span>
\n\u2022<\/span> from 8:00 to<\/span> 12:00<\/span> Arenales<\/span> voluntary<\/span> sector<\/span> and<\/span> cycling<\/span> nearby.<\/span> Including<\/span> Via<\/span> Park and<\/span> El-<\/span>20 to<\/span> Alenda<\/span>.
\n\u2022<\/span> 11:00 to<\/span> 14:30<\/span> volunteers<\/span> footrace<\/span> in<\/span> Arenales<\/span>.<\/p>\n

All this<\/span> includes<\/span> shirt<\/span>, lunch and paella<\/span> at noon<\/span> in<\/span> P\u00ba Arenales<\/span> to the finish<\/span>.<\/p>\n

You will have a wristband<\/span> to access the<\/span> enclosure<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
