y colapsos en la aplicaci\u00f3n de inscripci\u00f3n. El horario de apertura de las inscripciones es a las 11.00 o a las 10.00 en todos los casos, tanto presencial como online. <strong>Importante:<\/strong> la inscripci\u00f3n se puede hacer online, los horarios son de atenci\u00f3n presencial para qui\u00e9n lo necesite. Las personas usuarias que quieran y puedan hacerlo de manera aut\u00f3noma podr\u00e1n hacerlo a partir de la hora que se haya indicado en el cuadro anterior seg\u00fan sus preferencias. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En el Programa de Musculaci\u00f3n y Cardio, se le da PRIORIDAD DE INSCRIPCI\u00d3N a aquellas personas del PROGRAMA que han estado inscritas en el anterior trimestre. Su plazo de inscripci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 a partir del 16\/12\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>Para aquellas personas que no han estado inscritas en PMC y son de nueva inscripci\u00f3n el plazo empieza el 18\/12\/2025, y ser\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de las plazas que haya disponibles en cada turno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recordatorio sobre las plazas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las actividades cuentan con un n\u00famero limitado de plazas y se adjudican por orden de inscripci\u00f3n. Una vez se complete el aforo, <strong>no ser\u00e1 posible realizar nuevas altas<\/strong>, por lo que rogamos a las personas interesadas que gestionen su inscripci\u00f3n dentro de los plazos establecidos.<br \/>\nAgradecemos vuestra comprensi\u00f3n y os pedimos evitar reclamaciones posteriores, ya que la organizaci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 realizar excepciones una vez cerradas las plazas disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, recordamos que cada persona participante es responsable de realizar la actividad de forma adecuada y acorde a sus condiciones. Por ello, <strong>la UMH y la Oficina de Campus Saludables y Deportes no podr\u00e1n asumir responsabilidades derivadas de un uso inadecuado, una pr\u00e1ctica no supervisada o del incumplimiento de las indicaciones del personal t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>. mediante circuitos din\u00e1micos.<br \/>\n<strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> mejorar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica general y potenciar fuerza y resistencia cardiorrespiratoria.<br \/>\n<strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, definici\u00f3n muscular y quema de grasa.<br \/>\n<strong>Perfil recomendado:<\/strong> personas con buen nivel f\u00edsico o que buscan un la autonom\u00eda y la calidad de vida, promoviendo tambi\u00e9n la interacci\u00f3n social.<br \/>\n<strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> mejora del equilibrio, coordinaci\u00f3n, fuerza, resistencia cardiorrespiratoria y bienestar social y mental.<br \/>\n<strong>Perfil recomendado:<\/strong> personas mayores de 60 a\u00f1os activas que deseen un entorno adaptado y din\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Gimnasia de mantenimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actividad adaptada con ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos de bajo impacto y trabajo de fuerza para mantener la movilidad en la edad madura.<br \/>\n<strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> fomentar la autonom\u00eda, mejorar la capacidad funcional y prevenir el sedentarismo.<br \/>\n<strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> mejor equilibrio, flexibilidad, resistencia y un espacio de socializaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong>Perfil recomendado:<\/strong> mayores de 60 a\u00f1os que buscan actividad accesible y \/>\n<strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> reforzar musculatura y prevenir p\u00e9rdida \u00f3sea (osteoporosis), muscular (sarcopenia) y ca\u00eddas.<br \/>\n<strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> mayor autonom\u00eda, mejora de densidad \u00f3sea y autoestima.<br \/>\n<strong>Perfil recomendado:<\/strong> mayores de 60 a\u00f1os que desean trabajar fuerza de forma guiada y segura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Acrobacias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actividad que combina equilibrio, coordinaci\u00f3n y habilidades gimn\u00e1sticas mediante ejercicios progresivos en suelo, telas y aros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> desarrollar la fuerza, la elasticidad y la confianza en las capacidades motoras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> mejora del control corporal,
