The UMH Office of Healthy Campus and Sports has organized a commemorative day on the occasion of “Sports Day” for next March 31st. The objective of this conference will be to promote activity and physical exercise in the university community and citizens.<\/p>\n

During the day, both on the Elx campus and on the Sant Joan d’Alacant and Orihuela campuses, the free reservation of the paddle and tennis courts will be allowed, as well as the ViziusBall courts in Elche and calisthenics in San Juan . Free reservation through the following link.<\/p>\n

The reservation of courts completely free of charge will be allowed from 8:00 am to 21:00 pm of the different sports complexes.<\/p>\n

To increase the offer of physical exercise, the Elche campus will carry out the following directed activities: total training, yoga, outdoor cycle, Zumba and Pilates. It will also highlight the “Presentation of the V-Running Circuit”, where it is proposed to publicize this new kilometer circuit with different types of surfaces that offers variability during the race practice and in which you can find posters with a variety of exercises aimed at develop the different parts of a running session. You can sign up for any of the directed activities through this link.<\/p>\n

The directed activities will take place in the evening, from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

We encourage you to invite a friend or relative and remember that, given the current health situation we must have a capacity control, so once it is complete it will not be possible to make your reservation, hurry up!<\/p>\n
